Especially with introduction of the new feature called "Open Candidates" with which individuals can express that they are open to being recruited for a new job. Once a person flags himself or herself as an open candidate, he / she will show up in recruiters' LinkedIn searches. And this changes the way job seekers find work, but also the way recruiters find workers.
