In my opinion the person driving in the first place shouldn't be drinking in the first place but it's ten times worse on motor cycle but in a car.

And it u kill the other person in the crash because u were drinking then u deserved guilt. I mean u need to consider the consequences of driving and if your a person who gets in trouble a lot for doing stupid things then u don't need to drive in till u stop doing stupid things are in till u can prove yourself that your capable of driving

And i don't drive yet because i'm only 15 but i can't wait to start
