How many bits are needed to store the values from 1-10 (unsigned) ?

    bits includes 1 and 0 and are base 2 in binary. the first 4 bits are 8, 4 2 and 1.

    1=1

    2=10

    3=11

    4=100

    and so on until ten which is 1010
