    The internet system can not be run without required RFC system for running internet the require RFC system is most important whereas elective RFC is not mandatory for running internet system required RFC is by default adopted by the system whereas for elective RFC it is to be selected according to their use required RFC surely change and the system will achieve minimum conformity whereas it is not clear that when elective RFC is applied the conformity will achieve
