1. Check the T3 connection configuration going to the satellite office if there is any wire problem of the router is causing the problem.

2. As the private users cannot go through the wall, so maybe the access configuration that the wall allows has problem in satellite office. So check the configuration by which they are accessing the wall with walls configurations.
