What happens if you try to open a file for writing, but the file or device is write protected?

    Simply remove the write protected.

    Firstly open your Start menu-->

    click Run-->

    type registry editor-->press enter-->

    open registry editor-->

    Double tap the Write Protect key-->

    right side panel-->

    and set the value 0.
