40. Upon removal of a vehicle's left-front brake pads, one pad in the floating-type caliper is worn

much farther than the other. What would most likely be the problem?

    Either the brake pad was a bad one when u bought it or there is a clip missing that holds it in place and if that's missing it causes it to ware down much more than the other one
