Assume you are about to read a chapter on the government of France. Create four pre-questions to prepare for reading.

In addition to class time and the time you spend reading for class, you must be prepared to work from three to six hours each week on your research paper. As you read each book, look for material that is related to your question, and look at the reference notes used by the author to show where she/he obtained that material.
