Is this phrasing correct: "the cheap price of the rent"? Or would it be something like "the cheap price of the house's rent"?

    The price of the house to rent is cheap ..."

    "The cheap price of the rent" would work. Personally, I think "the cheap rent price" or even "the cheap rent" would work even better.
