Simile, since it's using "like".

It would be a metaphor because it only uses like and it's comparing 1 thing. if it was a simile it would be comparing 2 things using like or as.

example: the sun was shining like a big beautiful diamond in the sky.

notice how I used like or as and compared 2 things.
