As for me, let's leave out first the details and define the best meal. The best meal would be those meals that were free, shared with somebody, any time, any where. While I might be talking philosophical and am just giving you a general answer, then that would be to your own judgement as to take it as it is or not. For me, that would be what the best meal would be.

My answer would probably a local burger in a local burger shop that has given me the most satisfying meal since then, thus including it to one of the many meals that I consider very good and I rarely rate food very good. Though the composition might be just plain for you, the usual patty, with the usual add-ons of the burger, and of course the bun, I could pretty well say that their preparations for their ingredients were superb and that it made me feel that it was a special kind of burger. It doesn't have a permanent place as far as I know, I ate it 2 weeks ago, and I was alone since I wasn't expecting it to be that good.
