    Three challenges that working people experience when trying to achieve personal fitness goal are:

    1) Not enough time - There is difficulty in juggling your work life, home life, and personal fitness life. Working people tend to prioritize work deadlines than carving time for a personal fitness routine.

    2) Exercise is boring - A time will come when the monotony of your exercise regimen will become boring and you tend to stop doing it.

    3) Too tired to exercise after work - Usually, the next thing you do when you get home from work is rest and sleep. You would rather choose to rest and sleep than think about doing your personal fitness routine.
