What does friar lawrence suggest is the cause of juliet's death in lines 100-101?

    Friar Laurence basically tells the Capulets that they had a hand in Juliet's death. He says that all they wanted was her "advancement" by trying to marry her off to Paris, but now she has advanced all the way to heaven so they should not be sad about it.
