How do I write a paragraph on weaknesses and strengths of my job

A good way to begin would be to state your job in a quick and brief description, then you would state what you feel are the difficulties in which you encounter doing that job as the weaknesses. Finally the last few sentences should be about how you overcome other problems and how your job allows you to do so.
