Describe which type of motivation you are most likely to respond to and utilize. Explain your answer.

I dont understand this question

There are two types of motivation, Intrinsic motivation refers to behavior that is driven by internal rewards. In other words, the motivation to engage in a behavior arises from within the individual because it I would say makes the individual feel better about themselves. Extrinsic motivation is a motivation driven by external rewards such as money, fame, praise etc ... Its asking which one is most likely to appeal to you, which would more likely motivate you to do something?
