Why is simply telling someone their speech was "good" not effective feedback? a. It is not being honest. b. It is too broad; not specific. c. It could give them false confidence. d. It is effective feedback.

    B the answer is to broad

    by just telling someone it was good does not tell them which parts you liked and did not like
