Demetrius wooed Helena and now she’s in love with him, but he ignores her.

Some time before the action of the play started, Demetrius won Helena over and convinced her that he was interested. She fell in love with him and still is in love with him, even though he now ignores her and is trying to convince Hermia to marry him.
