    In internal rhyme, a word in the middle of a line rhymes with a word at the end of the same line or a word in the middle of another line. The only two lines that I see are as follows ...

    "And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;

    And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor"

    "And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting", would be my guess because and internal rhyme is a word/words in the middle of a line, that repeat in the end of the line.
