    Sentence A and C are not correct because the way the terms are listed is incorrect. If you were to get rid of the terms and substitute the colon for a period, the sentence would not make any sense so you would list the terms like sentence B

    Sentence D is incorrect because it lists the terms a different way than sentence A and C. If you could get rid of the "terms" and put a period at the end, the sentence itself would make sense and to make a list, you would be required to put a colon.

    Therefore the correct sentence is B)
