    The correct answer is C. Unwinding the hose, the man watered my dry lawn.

    I believe the answer is C. I used the process of elimination by knowing A didn't make sense and B is 2 sentences and the phrase fragment can be cut down to one sentence. C and D are left, I choose the one that makes the most sense to me which is C.
