They see her sleepwalking and trying to rinse "blood" off her hands when there is none. They decide to not tell anybody else about what they have seen. Lady Macbeth was bruting and enforced the killing of Duncan even questioning Macbeth's manliness to pressure him into doing it but now that the deed is done she cannot bear the guilt. She made it seem like no big deal by saying a little water could cleanse their sin but now she's even hallucination that there's blood on her hands from killing him. She went from confident, cold, and bruting to guilty and could be labeled as a hypocrite because of how her opinions changed before to after the murder.
