Which line in this excerpt from Elizabeth Bishop's "The Fish" uses consonance?

"I stared and stared

and victory filled up

the little rented boat,

from the pool of bilge"

    Consonance is repeated consonant sounds, and my best guess would be the line "the little rented boat" as it repeats the T sound but i'm not 100%
