In this excerpt from Richard Lovelace's "To Lucasta Going to the Wars," which lines use iambic trimeter?

Tell me not, sweet, I am unkind,

That from the nunnery

Of thy chaste breast, and quiet mind

To war and arms I fly.

    I'm guessing this is just 3 (or 4?) syllables a line so Tell me not is probably one and if you include the 4s it could be, i am unkind, and quiet mind,
