Dexter and Tisa enjoy their dog even though the dog barks at and chases all the neighborhood cats. The odd thing, though, is that Tisa's friend Maria has a big yellow tabby cat that the dog likes. Dexter's friend Armond also has a cat that the dog never bothers. What a strange dog!
