Ed Kierzwinski is a State Trooper helicopter pilot. There was a storm coming and he was expecting the air control traffic tower to stop his helicopter from flying for the rest of the night. Then he received a call from the 911 operator informing him of a car crash accident. There were two victims who needed to be transported to a hospital.
