Today is my birthday! I'm so excited, Also my parents gave me skating shoes as a gift! I'm so happy that today is my birthday and I hope the whole day lasts long.

I was looking forward to this day for so long. I couldn't wait to hang out with all of my friends. My parents had been really building up to revealing my present. From the way they were speaking, it sounded like they were going to get me a TV or a house. As my birthday rolled around, I looked at my present pile and didn't see anything big at all! I saw a present that read "from your loving parents" and opened it up. It was the newest skating shoes that the best of the best wore! Because skating is my passion, I accepted the shoes right away! My parents contributed to making this the best birthday ever!
