Henry when he says in his speech peace, but there is no peace he refers to the state of mind of the people all wanted peace but there is no peace in real life

    Explanation:

Patrick Henry wanted the people to fight against the British colonies and so he gave his speech and urged the Virginia conventions to fight against the British

He starts the speech in a calm way and then and he gives the ethos to the previous speakers and then finally shouted and spoke vigorously that they must fight against the British

At first the colonist were completely against fighting the British and this speech changed their minds and they wanted to participate in the war and fight against them
