Writing can be like cleaning out a closet because your handwriting needs to be neat and organized so you know what you're looking at so everything won't be all over the place, just like a closet.

Writing and expressing my thoughts, feelings,& secrets can clear my mind and get rid of all of the "junk" or unnecessary thoughts cluttering my head space.
