Youth can be defined in many ways, where some might call them undeveloped others might say that they are just growing up. However each describes an important part of the process of growing up. Each person who is a youth is someone who is in the process from going from a young child to a adult. However although the law states that a child is no longer a child once they reach age 18 most young adults are not fully grown up mentally until around age 21
