    Explanation:

    One's opinion or feeling towards something is called attitude. It leads to a certain kind of behavior a person does.

    If we keep our attitude positive, we would get motivated to remain fit. Following steps like taking proper nutrition, doing proper exercise, doing cardio and weight training for fitness are definitely important but if our attitude is not determined to do all these, we would fail to achieve desired results. Our attitude decides how well we carry out all these factors. Most important is to focus hard on all these areas.
