Implicit is an adjective. It means suggesting but you don't directly express it. You hint it.
In a sentence: You implicitly criticize someone.
Explanation: This is a mean explanation but it's like you are throwing out hints that someone next to you is being really annoying but you don't directly come out and say "Hey you're being annoying."
