Yes, of course, there should be some rules in war.

It is said that there are no rules in love and war but when we start dissing down this statement, we undoubtedly, come to know that, no its not certainly right. There are and there should be some rules. Particularly taking about war, we need to have some rules.
* In war, children, women, old age people should not be provided any kind of harm.
* Properties and land need not to be damaged.
* Any kind of patient should be treated equally with respect.
* Atomic weapons should not be used in any case, anyway, at all.
