Can you self diagnose MPD or DID? If so, and even if you can not, can your 'alter' or 'fictive' whatevers have gender, sexuality, and pronouns (you know, an entire identity) while you as a person (separate from the altars) have your own personal identity? my friend is very manipulative in order to get attention so they shamelessly lie all the time.

No, you cannot self-diagnose psychological disorders such as Multiple Personalities Disorder, more commonly referred to as Dissociative Identity Disorder. Fictives, or alters can have separate gender identities, sexualities, and pronouns.
