    Limited Power - The power rested with government is limited. The Legislature, Executive and Judiciary work with limited powers ascribed to them in the Constitution.

    Federal Government - In a federal government, powers are vested in Legislative, Executive and Judiciary.

    Presidential Government - The US government has its power distributed between the legislative and executive branch. It is one of the key features of a presidential government in which both the branches work separately but under the President.
