Different areas and school follow their school expectations. If schools would follow the rules more with clothing then there should not be a problem. If students would not follow the rules of clothing then there should be a dress code. The schools I have been to have not had a dress code only minor dress codes such as no crops, shorts no longer then your finger tip, and no crazy color hair. Just basic stuff but if people cant afford proper clothes the school can handle that. If you wore something that was not allowed they would give you a shirt or some pants.

This is supposed to be your opinion, but I would say no.

Possible reasons for no: They can't express themselves, Some may not have enough money to pay for uniforms, Some may be uncomfortable wearing that type of clothing that is necessary.

Possible reasons for yes: They know what to expect/don't have to worry about what to wear, It's more formal and can earn the school money, etc.
