In Act II of Julius Caesar, what does Caesar mean when he says. "Cowards die many times before their deaths."?

O Being frightened of death is like a death in itself to be brave is to be a man,

O Avoiding one's death is a way to avoid being viewed as a coward while alive,

O Everyone is cowardly and frightened when they finally meet their death.

O it is better to be a coward, and frightened of death, than to meet your own death.
