Two employees don't get along. for the year they've been working in the same unit, there has been an undercurrent of hostility. their conflict is affecting morale. one day they get into a loud argument. at the end of the argument, one employee yells "you'll pay for this!"and stomps out of the office ... what are your thoughts on the situation? how should the situation be handled?

    They should sit together for sometime and discuss the reasons for their arguments.
