In some societies it is increasingly common to try to achieve good health and fitness

through physically demanding sports, special diets, or preventative medicine -

conventional or alternative. Some people, however, believe that the best way to stay

fit and healthy is simply to lead a normal life.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

    I agree more with that the best way to stay fit and healthy is simply to lead a normal life.

    Explanation:

    Nature has built human body in such a way that it is self-sustainable unless we disturb it by artificial means. Our artificial food, unnatural life style, bad sleeping habits are major causes of our health issues. If we observe people living in villages, especially those who lead a rural life closer to nature are healthier than those living in cities eating artificial foods, spending too much or too less time on some specific activities of life. So leading a normal and natural life ensures good health.

    Physically demanding sports, special diets, or preventative medicine -

    conventional or alternative all have their side-effect on human health which will appear sooner or later.

    So, in order to achieve good physical as well as mental health, we should lead a normal life.
