Communication is important because it is needed to speak appropriately with an individual and/or a group of people while maintaining good eye contact, giving a good range of vocabulary and tailor your language to an audience, listen effectively, show your ideas appropriately, write clearly and neat, and work together in a group.

The communication brings people together, closer to each other. The communication is an important management function closely associated with all other managerial functions. It bridges the gap between individuals and groups through flow of information and understanding between them.
