He loved Tybalt but his death isn't very affective on him.

Explanation:

He loved Tybalt but his death didn't affect him much, he wasn't that upset. Tybalt's temper had managed to get into Capulet's bad side. After all, Tybalt had disobeyed him at the party; which is in the very beginning of the story.
