    There are a lot of theories and as well as researches which implies that there is a positive correlation between one's health and social interaction. Below I have mentioned a few studies.

    Harvard's Women Health Watch Observed that those who have a good relationship with their loved ones are supposed to live longer healthier and happier. In The New England Journal of Medicine in 1984, A study published in which researchers discovered that 2320 men survived the heart attack and from them, there was a less chance for death of those people who have a strong connection with other people than those who lack it. Researchers of Duke University Medical Center has concluded that relationships can reduce the number of deaths.
