How does Odysseus prove to be a good leader in the episode with Scylla and Charybdis?

    Well, Charybdis and Scylla were both evil, one being a greater evil than the other. By sailing near the lesser evil, Odysseus lost only some of his crew rather than the whole ship. This shows leadership because he made a tough decision, and that decision was the better choice for majority of his crew members.
