    It has the word "group" meeting so if you didn't share your ideas, then you wouldn't be taking part in the "group" meeting.

    If you have one person doing all the work, then that wouldn't be including everyone, since it is called a "group" meeting. If one person was doing all the work and others were just there chitchatting and not doing some of the work, then it basically wouldn't be a meeting with a group.

    If you establish a time limit, then everyone will be able to talk and pitch in their ideas.
