The political climate in 1600s England was one of limited freedoms because of their religious hierarchy. many were unhappy because it was made illegal in 1701 because of laws against nonconformists and Catholics. in the 1600s England broke free from the Roman Catholic church. these issues may affect you in the world today because of the separation of church and state. You are not allowed to express religious beliefs to others in public schools.
