What warning does friar laurence give romeo, foreshadowing future events of the play?

    Friar Laurence warns Romeo that he and Juliet should take their love slowly, otherwise problems may arise. Friar said something along the lines of 'those who run fast stumble.' In the end, that's exactly what happened to Romeo and Juliet.
