Should new technology and science play such a role when moral issues are at play. Though this technology will address the issue of Parkinson and MS, which are considered to be serious disease for adults as well as children. So where does a person draw the line when it comes to playing God. Do we start to interfere before the child is born? Or after when the disease is already present?
