No, even though literally everything has changed in the 21 century, reading is one of those curriculum, and interest that holds the same person.
Books were made to be read, studied, and to feed the sense of our minds, and imagination.
Books are the foundation of education, before technology, and etc. Books are one of those tools that connect us to our past, because they never change. But of course, now reading has more variety and expense.
We don't have to depend on buying every book from the store or worrying the shelves will run out before we get there. Technology has made reading way more accessible, and now global masses are being educated through reading, people that without technology would never have had a chance before.
