Man vs. Man: man struggles against another man.
Man vs. Society: man struggles against oppression, racism, poverty, etc.
Man vs. Nature: man struggles agains the elements of nature, like weather, animals, etc.
Man vs. Himself: man has an internal struggle withing himself. Self-doubt, indecision, depression, etc.
Man vs. Fate: man struggles against his own destiny

There are two types. You have two characters that are having a conflict between one another. You also have self vs self. So you have a conflict with your self and your self only.
