How can a woman stay healthy during pregnancy and ensure the health of her child?

    Eat healthy like example stay away from fried foods, lots sweets drink plenty of water and no smoking that can cause brain damanged to the unborn child

    The most important is to avoid addictive substances: drugs, cigarettes and alcohol.

    Then she must eat healthily and, as much as she can, remain active (exercise) while she still can - but only exercises that are appropriate for pregnant women. She should also avoid stressful situations.
