I believe the answer is: She is strong-willed.

The story is based on the setting in early 20th century, when racism was still openly rampant in society.

Lizzie bright is an african american girl, and she was banned from visiting turner because turner's family would be embarrassed by the neighbour. Despite this resistance, Lizzie still has a strong will to visit her friend.

Based on Chapter 6 of Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy, the conclusion can be drawn about Lizzie, given that she went to visit Turner will be the third statement. The third statement saying ' She is strong-willed' was what could be inferred of Lizzie.
